Four people were taken into custody after a shooting outside of an Olive Garden near 4400 East Sunset Road around 7 p.m.

Henderson police responded after several reports of shots near the area. They located the suspects inside Barley's with the help of K9 units.
The gun was fired into the air. No one was injured.
Employees at a nearby Smith's say the suspects were shoplifters.
Police are still investigating at the scene. So far they have not determined which of the four suspects was the shooter.
