A Florida man's mugshot has gone viral after social media users have been commenting on his neck.
Charles Dion McDowell, 31, was arrested in Pensacola on drug charges, including fleeing police, possession of meth and possession of cocaine on Tuesday.
The Escambia County Sheriff's Office said in its Facebook post "Congratulations to Charles Dion McDowell. McDowell is currently a guest at the GoldStar Hotel with a bond of $57,000."
However, his arrest doesn't seem to the reason for his mugshot to be going viral.
