Three fires were sparked in one home Tuesday night and Clark County firefighters believe squatters are to blame.

The fires were reported before 8 p.m. near Sandhill Road and Twain Avenue.

Neighbors told 13 Action News that at the beginning of the year, men shattered windows in the home and entered through the sliding door in the back. Neighbors want the squatters out.

Clark County firefighters said the fire was sparked in the kitchen at the time two fires were sparked in the closets of the house.

There was graffiti throughout the house, including the phrase "murder house" scribbled on the walls. There was also junk and debris scattered throughout the home.
