The third and final vote that could lead to a complete reorganization of the Clark County School District is scheduled to take place on Friday.
If approved, the proposal would split CCSD into smaller districts, which would move power from the central administration to the individual communities.
The plan would take effect at the beginning of the 2017 school year.
