A family is going above and beyond to save a family of ducks that have made their Summerlin pool home.
They said the ducks, including a mom and several babies, showed up Wednesday morning and have been there all day.
After the family couldn't get a hold of anyone at the Department of Wildlife, they set up a ramp to help get the ducks out.
They're afraid if the ducks stay in the pool, they won't have access to food.
The family will try again Thursday to get officials to move the ducks. As for now, they're enjoying watching the birds.
