Some people are saying, "You're not welcome here" to a neighboring adult sex store opening nearby.
Hustler Hollywood opens early next month at 6th Street and Sahara Avenue.
"We're not happy about it because there are a lot of kids around here and I don't know if it's good for the neighborhood," said Zeny Isola, who lives nearby.
The store sits just a parking lot away from a residential street and shares the shopping center with a Marie Callender's.
Shawn Haile also lives close by, and she doesn't like the idea of families eating and living so close to Hustler Hollywood.
Some of the businesses nearby have a different perspective on their new neighbors.
"Maybe more clients will come with us," said Patricia Baro, an employee for A Cuba Envios.
Neighbors like Tom Peter describe the shopping center as "dead." He hopes Hustler will bring in more foot traffic.
The manager of Marie Callender's agrees.
A spokesman with the city of Las Vegas says it will look into neighbors' concerns, but it's believed Hustler isn't violating any zoning rules or regulations.
