Parents can now sign up for the Nevada Education Savings Account program, however, don't expect any money anytime soon.
The money is on hold while a lawsuit by the American Civil Liberties Union is settled. The ACLU says the program violates the Nevada constitution.
Under the program, parents can get $5,000 a year to the school of their choice.
The open enrollment period goes from May 1 to June 30 and applications can be found here. Parents who have applied in a previous enrollment period do not need to reapply.
