LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Labor Day is one of the busiest travel days of the year.
The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority estimates about 325,000 people traveled to Las Vegas for the holiday weekend.

13 Action News Reporter Leah Pezzetti took a drive on Interstate 15 southbound towards California to check on traffic conditions, and unsurprisingly the traffic was bad!

She even caught some impatient drivers breaking the rules to try to bypass it.

The desert drivers did not make it very far, however. A few minutes later, the 13 Action News crew passed a car that appears to have been pulled over by Nevada Highway Patrol.
