UPDATE: Henderson police arrested 29-year-old Andrea Day for posting a video on social media showing a child a naked during a diaper change.

Officers say they were called to the day care near Lake Mead Parkway and Boulder Highway after getting an anonymous tip about the video.

Investigators say Day recorded the video while another employee was changing the boy's diaper.

Day reportedly told investigators she posted the video on social media as a joke.

Police say the case is a reminder that parents should talk with their children about boundaries.

PREVIOUS STORY: Disturbing video is leading to an investigation of two workers at a children's learning center in Henderson.

The short video shows a woman pulling down a child's underwear all while filming on Snapchat.

The details of the incident are being investigated by police.

13 Action News spoke with one of the executives of Acelero Learning near Lake Mead and Boulder.

"Health and safety has always been our number one priority," said Senior Vice President Rory Sipp, "... in 20 years, we've never had an incident like this."

It's believed the incident occurred on Wednesday.  According to Mr. Sipp, the workers were immediately suspended without pay.

Sipp says it's a shock the workers would allegedly do this.

"We provide ongoing training beyond what's required by the state," he said.

13 Action News has not been able to get in touch with the family of the child.  We have reached out to Henderson police for further information.

Meanwhile the center is asking to be judged by their track record, not this isolated incident.

We will continue to follow this developing story.
