The Nevada Supreme Court heard two cases on Friday in connection to the Education Savings Account.
One of the cases involved a lawsuit that was filed by the ACLU.
Duncan vs. Nevada claims that the school voucher program is unconstitutional. The lawsuit claims that the voucher program violates the Nevada Constitution by allowing taxpayer public funds to be used in funding religious education.
The ACLU held a press conference on Friday morning outside of the courtroom.
