Jovan Brown, a.k.a. Olvera Resendiz, was arrested on child luring charges at a park in Las Vegas on May 27.
According to an arrest report, witnesses said the man was seen in the sprinkler area wearing a shirt and boxers. His pants and other clothing were against the wall.
Witnesses also said that Brown used money to try and lure a child over to his side of the park, away from the child's family. The child refused and told his mother.
The park's location was not identified in the arrest report.
