Custodian pleads guilty to sex acts at school

A Clark County School District employee pleaded guilty to inappropriate acts in a local classroom.

Michael Skelton will be sentenced to nearly two years in jail for ejaculating on and around a teacher's desk and into her personal products, including her lip balm. The teacher also stated to police that she noticed possible semen on her jacket.

Skelton was seen on surveillance cameras turning off the lights and committing sexual acts in the teacher's classroom. Skelton had been a custodian at Dondero Elementary School and worked at night.

He had been charged with 5 counts of poisoning or adulterating food, water or medicine, 4 counts of open and gross lewdness and 8 counts of malicious destruction of property. As part of his plea, Skelton pleaded to two counts of open and gross lewdness.

Skelton will also have to register as a sex offender.
