Applications for rezonings and other land-use changes in unincorporated Clark County can now be started and nearly completed online.

The County Department of Comprehensive Planning’s application process was largely done by in-person appointments.

The new online process allows property owners to complete most of their application and submit accompanying documents online through the County’s Accela Citizen Portal (ACA).

Instructions for using the online service are available through the department’s website.

Applicants can also manage their application documents through this online portal and work directly with staff to refine their application materials to ensure all documents are complete, accurate, and ready for submittal. Property owners would still have to submit paper copies of their final application because some of those documents must be signed and notarized.

Also, anyone wishing to review land-use application documents will be directed to use the online portal for their research.

Residents may still contact the Comprehensive Planning Department by email at zoning@clarkcountynv.gov or by phone at (702) 455-4314 (Option 2, Option 1), for help determining which application and additional documents they need to submit.
