The Clark County coroner has identified a man who died after being hit by a vehicle on Nov. 6 on Boulder Highway.
According to Las Vegas police, 51-year-old Jorge Nunez-Gonzales was found lying in the road at approximately 5:38 ap.m. He was transported to Sunrise Trauma in unknown condition.
Witnesses told police that he may have been struck by a black pickup truck, but not direct evidence could be found.
Nunez-Gonzales was rushed into surgery at Sunrise Trauma, but died later that day.
The incident happened on Boulder Highway just north of Dalhart Avenue.
Witnesses say that the truck was making a U-turn from southbound Boulder Highway when it hit Nunez-Gonzales.
