We've gone through a lot of changes since the pandemic started including changes in our body.

The American Psychological Association found that the majority of adults in the U.S. gained weight unintentionally during this time.

The average was about 29 pounds.

Fewer than 20% lost weight unintentionally.

The Association says the survey indicates a secondary health crisis and recommends that leaders come up with a national recovery plan.
