NATIONAL (KTNV) — According to a new survey from the CDC, some people should consider easing up on the bleach.
The survey found that 39 percent admitted to misusing bleach and other disinfectants in their efforts to stop the spread of the coronavirus.
Nevada Health Response notes uptick in COVID-19 cases
That includes using it to wash food or using it on their skin.
Four percent also admitted to gargling with disinfecting solutions.
And the CDC warns against doing any of these things as it could make you very sick in doing so.
