LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Las Vegas residents can now contribute to finding a vaccine for COVID-19.
Wake Research is asking for volunteers for a clinical trial in the Las Vegas metropolitan area.

To volunteer, you must be 18 or older. The research company is looking for people with and without health issues for the trial.
Volunteers will be paid for their time and travel, but it’s not clear how much.

During the trial, a research team will give each participant a baseline evaluation and continue to monitor their health.
Dr. Michael Levin MD, MPH, a Henderson-based pediatrician, will lead the local trials.
