UPDATE 7:05 P.M.: An additional city of North Las Vegas Police Department employee tested positive for COVID-19.

A spokesperson said this person worked in the police department's records division with last working on Saturday.

The worker has since self-quarantined and, on the advice of their physician, was tested with the positive results confirmed.

None of the employee's other coworkers are being quarantined, according to the spokesperson.

A North Las Vegas police officer has tested positive for COVID-19.

A spokesperson for the police department says that began feeling sick on March 28.

The officer tested positive and is now quarantined at home.
