LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — The benefits from the new stimulus package likely won't be enough to keep many renters in their homes once the eviction moratorium expires.

Zillow estimates the average out-of-work renter is still spending 43% of their benefits on rent compared to 80% before the new relief bill - well over the threshold of being considered rent-burdened.

Also, a Moody's analysis found that nearly 12 million renters owe an average of about $6,000 in back rent and utilities.
