LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Goodwill of Southern Nevada plans to reopen its 16 retail stores this week. The retail stores will be implementing Safe Shop Guidelines and providing all team members with appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
As a nonprofit, Goodwill uses the revenue from their retail stores to provide career services at no cost to job seekers in our community. Stores will reopen on May 13 at 10 a.m., and be open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
While not an exhaustive list, Goodwill has implemented the following major safety measures at their retail locations: they have installed plexiglass at all registers; marked checkout lanes and fitting rooms for appropriate social distancing; provided all team members with masks and required their wear while working.
