As more businesses ditch their face mask policies, more Americans are getting vaccinated.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention says about 51% of the population has received at least one dose of the vaccine and about 41% are fully vaccinated.
The agency says the biggest obstacle remains the lack of access for rural and poorer areas.
