Clark County is turning to artificial intelligence to help get residents the assistance they need!
The county has enlisted the IBM Watson Health Citizen Engagement platform to help people fill out certain applications.
For example, as residents apply for housing assistance on the county's website, a virtual assistant will help screen them.
They can also help track their applications progress.
