The city of Las Vegas has not given up the dream of a NFL stadium in downtown Las Vegas.
New renderings show a stadium on the site of Cashman Center and Field surrounded by a soccer stadium, hotel and an entertainment district.
Some city council members say they would like to see more beautification projects and programs for the homeless for the area before they would seriously consider Cashman as a home for a new stadium.
