Cirque du Soleil has bought the Blue Man Group. Both companies have shows in Las Vegas.
The deal was officially announced today. However, financial terms were not disclosed.
Cirque's CEO told USA Today that they paid "tens of millions" to Blue Man shareholders.
In 2015, Cirque's founder sold the company to a group of investors for about $1.5 billion.
