A Clark County School District police officer has been found not guilty in an assault case.
Officer James Lecinsky was accused of hitting a teacher and student with a baton, along with trying to cover up the incident at the Jeffrey Behavior School.
Authorities say Lecinsky told his supervisor that the assault occurred because the student and teacher were wrestling, however, both of them deny that.
