CCSD has approved a contract with a company named Navex Global to provide an anonymous reporting system.
The new system, which will consist of a website and a telephone line, will give employees a way to report misconduct 24 hours a day.
CCSD says it plans to catalog the data gathered as an improved method of identifying and addressing serious miscondut.
It's unknown at this time when the new system will launch.
