A camera thief is the latest to be caught on camera.
The man is seen stealing a camera outside the LV Gear Shop early Wednesday morning near Eastern Avenue and Charleston Boulevard.
In the video, a man walks through the alley to check things out, then jumps on a dumpster, pulls out a pair of plier, cuts down the camera and finally takes off.
