Could we soon see the end of high school football in the Clark County School District?

One candidate running for CCSD trustee says that if he is elected, he will do just that.

Russell Davis is the first candidate to run who wants to end football.

He says he wants to ban it because of the number of concussions that are associated with the sport. Concussions can lead to permanent brain damage and even death.

Davis is holding a town hall meeting tonight at the Springs Preserve. The public is invited to attend the meeting that will begin at 6 p.m.
