A Las Vegas woman is frustrated after Al Phillips The Cleaners lost her wedding dress. Even worse, she's getting married in three weeks!

"It took me a while to find that dress. It was just perfect for me."

Jennifer Kailiuli had her dream wedding dress. She spent $1,500 to make sure it was the perfect fit for her special day.

Jennifer took the dress to Al Phillips on Sahara Avenue around two weeks ago. When she called on Monday, she was told it wasn't ready yet.

"The next day, I got a phone call saying that they couldn't find my wedding dress... I said you're joking, right? My wedding is in three weeks. What am I going to do for a wedding dress?"

Jennifer said she couldn't believe this was happening.

One of the managers from the cleaners immediately sent her a letter apologizing for the inconvenience and gave her $1,500 to make up for the cost of her wedding dress.

13 Action News called the dry cleaners and a spokesperson said they feel terrible about what happened. They are looking for Jennifer's dress every day but they have not found it yet.

" I just would hate for another bride to have to go through the same thing."

Jennifer Kailiuli has since bought another wedding dress. Not the dream dress she's always wanted, but she says this will do for now.

"Part of me is still hopeful that they might find it."
