A man crashed his car into a pole and left it after 2 a.m. on Hughes Park Drive.
He then ran to Downtown Summerlin and entered Grape Street Cafe. Police think he's the owner and he had the key. He called his wife to pick him up and she was on scene.
When police arrived, the man stopped communicating with everyone and wouldn't leave Grape Street, even though officers could see him crawling around.
Officers left the scene with the man still inside the business since he's only facing misdemeanors.
