An appeals court has upheld a lower court's decision to deny immunity to Las Vegas police officers in the wrongful death lawsuit of a man.
Luis Solano died while in police custody in March 2013.
The surveillance video from inside the Clark County Detention Center shows Solano on the ground, motionless after being subdued.
Wednesday's judgment allows a civil trial to move forward. The date for that has not yet been set.
