Absent from Monday's court hearing was alleged strip shooter Ammar Harris. He was likely sitting behind a door and talking with his attorneys at what was supposed to be his felony arraignment. It was a disappointing day for victim's families when they found out the arraignment was delayed.

"It's just another week that we all have to wait and see," victim's brother Tehran Boldon said. "The ball I guess is in his court right now."

Boldon said it feels like a waiting game since he's been at every court date for Harris. He's representing his brother cab driver Michael Boldon who was killed in that fiery February crash along with two others.

"I feel that he can get a fair trial out here as anywhere else," Boldon said. "The evidence will speak for itself so there is no hiding from that."

Harris hasn't entered a plea, but in court his attorneys met privately with the deputy district attorney. After the meeting a judge decided to postpone the arraignment citing procedural issues, but not giving details.

Harris' felony arraignment has been rescheduled for Monday May 13th along with an arraignment in a separate sexual assault case.
