The man suspected of killing three people last month along the Las Vegas Strip may be returned to Nevada sooner than he wants.
The extradition hearing for Ammar Harris is scheduled for next month in Los Angeles.
But Friday, Nevada Governor Brian Sandoval talked about signing an extradition warrant that would speed up that process, "As soon as those papers reach my desk, I'll immediately sign those so we can begin the process of justice."
Harris was in a Los Angeles courtroom Thursday for an identity hearing, where a judge ruled there was more than enough evidence that he is in fact, Ammar Harris.
His extradition hearing is currently scheduled for April 18.
