The family of cab driver Michael Boldon plans to take legal action against Strip shooting suspect Ammar Harris.

The family's attorney plans to file a lawsuit against Harris on Monday.

They're also considering legal action against Kenneth Cherry, Jr. depending on his involvement in the fight that prompted the shooting.

Bolden's family also wants their attorney to see if the manufacturer of Bolden's cab should be held responsible in any way for his death. That cab burst into flames in the crash.

The family said they will not be suing Desert Cab or the family of Kenneth Cherry.
