Las Vegas City Hall in Downtown Las Vegas was used as an active shooter drill site on Friday morning.
Police officers and firefighters from Las Vegas, North Las Vegas and city of Henderson participated. In addition, Clark County firefighters and marshals for the city and Las Vegas Municipal Court were also there.
The purpose of the training is to teach officers and other first responders what to do in an active shooter situation.
