A 14-year-old was shot in the head with a BB gun early Saturday morning.
Police reported it happened around 2 a.m. at the teen's home.
He was originally taken to Summerlin Hospital but when police arrived, he was taken to UMC Trauma for evaluation. His condition has not been released.
It is not clear how the boy was shot but police believe it was an accident.
