13 action news gets results for a woman stuck in a solar nightmare.
Dorothy Pansek got solar panels installed on her home months ago, but they were never hooked up so they didn't do anything. The company that installed them didn't finish the job.
It also left Dorothy owing several thousand dollars.
Thursday, American Patriot Solar volunteered to hook the panels up for free.
"It ain't fair to this customer. Their investment is just sitting there," said Anthony Vigil, the project manager for American Patriot Solar.
This isn't the only case they've seen like this. Already American Patriot Solar had to help about half a dozen customers deserted by Summerlin Energy.
"Getting it working number one is the most important thing, and so I am very, very pleased," said Dorothy.
