Recipe - Summer Gut Healthy Smoothie
· Vanilla protein powder (20 to 30 grams of protein)
· 1 Tbsp MCT oil or coconut oil
· 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
· Handful of spinach
· 1/4 cup of frozen (or fresh) pineapple
· 1.5 cups of unsweetened almond milk
· 1 tablespoon organic shredded coconut (optional)

Recipe - Peachy Dream Smoothie Bowl
· 1 serving Vanilla Protein Powder
· 1 scoop Superfood or other greens
· 1/2-1 cup frozen peaches
· 1/4 cup pecans
· 1 cup almond milk
· 1 tbsp chia seeds
· ground ginger (or fresh, grated ginger) Blend and enjoy
· Top with coconut flakes. hemp hearts and cocoa nibs

· Chocolate Almond Delight
· 1 serving Chocolate Protein Powder
· 1 cup almond milk
· 2 tbsps almond buter
· 1 scoop fiber
· 1/2 avocado
· Blend and top with cocoa nib
