Study says limiting screen time increases brainpower in children

A new study that says reducing the time that children spend looking at screens can boost brainpower. 

The study followed more than 4,500 children in the U.S. between the ages of 8 and 11.

It tracked their screen time, physical activity and sleep.

Researchers found that children who spent more than 2 hours a day looking at phones, tablets and televisions performed worse on memory, language and thinking tests than those who spent less time on various devices.
