Outside a home on Hollywood on the east side of Las Vegas, instead of place where movies are made you will find somewhere that encourages the theater of the mind. And it's all the creation of Dr. Garry Solomon, a retired psychology professor.
"What I wanted to do was make a library available to everyone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week," Solomon said.
So he created a community library. You will find books and a place to immerse yourself in your reading. And you can do it near a beach, or a canyon and a waterfall .
"Everything to create peace and quiet," he said.
And it is all completely free. You can take a book or leave a book. So far everyone from college kids to seniors have walked the wooden pathway through the community library.
"It seems like people really enjoy the idea!"
