According to a new study, many of the gluten-free foods that are marketed to children are not very healthy.

Researchers looked at more than 350 food items, excluding "junk food."

Overall, the items had lower levels of sodium, total fat and saturated fat. But, they had almost 40 percent more sugar.

If your child has Celiac Disease or you are on a gluten-free diet for other reasons, make sure you check the labels.
