LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — 13 Action News and our 13 Connects sponsors, America First Credit Union and Subaru of Las Vegas, are kicking off the holiday spirit with Stocking Stuffer week.
We are recognizing unsung heroes in the week leading up to our annual 13 Days and Knights of Giving campaign.
On Dec. 2 we surprised Chris Rocco, a special education teacher at Las Vegas High School.
Mr. Rocco is known to work extra hours as well as go above and beyond to help his students excel in school.
His generosity towards his students hasn't gone unnoticed, as other teachers and the school's principal have praise for his efforts.
