LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Evictions start Tuesday for anyone who owes rent or back pay in Nevada, but your landlord can't actually evict you immediately.
A constable will first deliver a court order, which forces you to leave.
Nevada Senate Bill 1 helped establish a program to help landlords and tenants settle disputes and negotiate payment plans.
