The most expensive house sold so far this year is located at Queensridge, an exclusive neighborhood located off Charleston Boulevard between Hualapai Way and South Rampart Boulevard.

The house sold for $6.2 million dollars. The house is more than 22,000 square feet and has 5 bedrooms and 9 bathroms. It features a 16,000 gallon aquarium, a home theater, gym, wine cellar and indoor basketball court. There are 2 pools, one with a beach entry and waterfall, a lazy river and 2 spas.
