Businesses near Arville Street and Flamingo Road are fed up by a growing tent city in front of an unused building.

They say homeless people have been in and out for years, but in the past few months the problem has grown larger.

An indoor racetrack, construction company and several other companies are all within walking distance of the tent city.

They've seen people stealing water to bathe, and even people using the bathroom in plain sight, including while 13 Action News was there.

One worker at a nearby mattress store says his car has also been broken into. They say it's gotten to the point where potential clients and customers are uneasy about the area.

It's not immediately clear who owns the property, so we contacted Clark County. They say they'll be sending out crews to investigate.
