One man hatched a creative revenge plan when he got sick and tired of getting cited by his homeowner's association.

Allen Nagel owns a home near North Buffalo Drive and West Alexander Road. He bought several junk cars over the weekend and parked them in his driveway and cul de sac. He plans to buy even more, just to make his neighbors mad.

He says since he moved in January 2017, he's gotten almost half a dozen citations from the HOA.

He says the problems are minor: several small weeds, rust on the gate, the fact that he built a carport in his backyard. He believes his neighbors are reporting him to the HOA. When talking with his neighbors broke down, he came up with this plan.

He's already spent $1,000 buying dumpy cars.

"If you're going to be like this, then I'm going to give you something to cry about. I said 'I'm going to buy a bunch of crappy cars, fill up the neighborhood and run the neighborhood down,'" said Nagel.

Neighbors who spoke to 13 Action News didn't seem too angry.

"You're just going to have the HOA give you more violations number one, and number two, even if you have one person that affects everyone on the block," said Dan Soltow, a neighbor.

"I heard that people were having problems with him. What I don't know, but all the people that have lived here would not complain if there wasn't some reason," said Joan Welch, another neighbor.

Nagel says he eventually wants to donate the junk cars.
