Friends and family of a man who was killed on Tuesday near Nellis Air Force Base are reaching out to 13 Action news.

Last night, the family of the man, including his 4-year-old son and his mother, held a candlelight vigil for the man who was shot and killed near Las Vegas Boulevard and Craig Road.

They are devastated that their loved one is gone.

13 Action News spoke with Jasmine Vance, who is the mother of the man's son.

"It doesn't matter how long you haven't talked to Tyler. You don't have to talk with Tyler in two years and the minute you do its like nothing ever happened," said Vance.

We also spoke to Tyler's current girlfriend Lauren Pinkston.

"What I'm going through right now, I'm devastated. He was the love of my life. For me to actually be there, it was terrible."

Vance also said, "He never got the chance to prove that he could be a father unfortunately, but he did leave a beautiful four-year-old little boy and he looks just like him."

Police say the incident started as a fight between several people known to the victim. At some point, gunshots rang out.

Initially, police were looking for three people of interest: 21-year-old Colton Brantano, 21-year-old Jared Busch and 21-year-old Sherri Esquibel.

Police have located Busch. They are still looking for the other two people of interest.

The deceased has been identified as Tyler Louis White. He has not been identified by the Clark County coroner.
