Las Vegas police are looking for Corwin Singleton.

Singleton is accused of attempting to strangle his girlfriend in January 2014.

Police say they received a call from the woman on Jan. 26, 2014. The woman told police that Singleton accused her of cheating on him and they began to argue.

The woman told Singleton to leave their home and began packing his things. Singleton then allegedly pushed her onto a bed, straddled her and began pushing down on her neck with both hands.

The woman was able to push him away and ran to the living room to call police. Singleton then reportedly grabbed her around the waist. She was able to escape again and went outside to call police. Singleton left before the police arrived.

Police say this is not the first time Singleton has been accused of domestic violence. He was arrested three times in 2011 and convicted of battery domestic violence in January 2012.

Singleton is 5-feet 10-inches tall and weighs 220 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair. He is 29 years old.
