Two non-custodial parents have been located with 3-year-old Marae Montoya and 11-month-old Cynthia Montoya in New Mexico.
The children were taken from a babysitter's home without permission at 3 p.m. Thursday. They were last seen in a white, four-door Cadillac sedan with Utah license plates.
There was concern they were headed for Las Vegas, but they were found about an hour after people in the valley got the alert.
