A teen girl in a wheelchair was seriously injured after a crash on Tuesday.
It was reported around 1:04 p.m. near Washington Avenue and Decatur Boulevard. The 17-year-old was dragged at least 30 feet. She was in the crosswalk at the time.
Investigators say the driver, in a dark-colored pickup truck, fled the scene.
The victim was taken to UMC Trauma.
